A couple months back we learned that Trey parker and Matt Stone, the South Park creators, would be buying Colorado's most iconic restaurant, Casa Bonita, but we never really got any details of the transaction... Until today!
Had I guessed, I would figure with it being so iconic, in a great location, and going to a couple of guys who are worth hundreds of millions of dollars, that it would sell for between $10-$20 million. And boy was off!
The pair either got a steal, or I am just an idiot as they only paid $3.1 million.
Now hopefully they put a few dollars that they saved back into the place and make it even cooler than it already was!
