You Can Improve Your Memory If...

Good news: We've got a new trick you can use to really help improve your memory. Bad news: You'll have to use paper and a pen, like a CAVEMAN.

A new study at the University of Tokyo figured out that people remember stuff way better if they HANDWRITE it with a pen and paper. When we do that, we commit it to memory way better than if we type it.

The researchers think it's because using paper and pen is more tactile and so we form stronger memories because it's using more parts of our brain.
