Condiments Are About to Come in 'Slice' Form Like Cheese

I am not a condiment person to begin with, but this just took my disgust to a whole new level...

Direct from an episode of “Shark Tank” and with Alex Rodriguez as an investor, is “Slice of Sauce”, a concept that is bringing no-mess condiments in “slice” form and Frank’s RedHot Sauce will be joining in with some already announced flavors.

How does it work? Just add a slice to your sandwich just as you would with a slice of cheese.

Franks RedHot Original Cayenne and Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce are the two products that are official collaborations made with the actual sauce brands and will be available in eight-slice packs for $5.99. Other flavors showing up as “slices” are ketchup and sriracha.

“Slice of Sauce” started as a Kickstarter campaign in 2018 to package “slices” of ketchup billed as a “no mess” and “zero soggy bun” way to enhance burgers, sandwiches and wraps. Cut to the present and with Rodriguez’ $200-grand investment, the brand is on the way up.

The products are currently only sold online at www.sliceofsauce.com.
