I am a Colorado native, born and raised, but somehow an event that sounds like something I would dream of has slipped by me for the past few years... It will not happen this year!
Denver Taco Festival is something I stumbled upon on Facebook today, and literally made me jump for joy.
A festival dedicated to tacos would be enough, but they are doing even more with live music, Lucha Libre wrestling, and of course the High Speed Daredevil Chihuahua races among other things...
The festival, which has sold out the last four years, will be held at the Compound in Denver on June 24th and 25th.
