Aspen, Colorado is one of the most expensive places to buy a house in the world, but for $30 million you can still get quite a bit in the Colorado town.
The home at 343 Willoughby Way sold this week for exactly that much, which makes it the most expensive home sold in the area since 2013.
However it could be considered a steal as it was originally listed at $42,500,000.
Five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, an office with its own fireplace, a massage room, steam room, wine storage for 2,000 bottles, media room and exercise room all accompany a pool and hot tub.
